  Expressway Operation Maintenance and Management Division of RDA declares “Road Safety Week” from 01st of March 2016 to 04th of March 2016 for the first time to educate public and expressway users to improve road safety.

Closure of the section of Outer Circular Highway from Kaduwela Interchange to Kottawa Interchange
- 9th of June 2015 08:00 PM (GMT + 05.30)
  Kaduwela to Kottawa section of the Outer Circular Highway will be closed from 12.00 midnight, on 10th of June 2015 to 12.00 midnight on 16th of June 2015 for traffic due to ongoing construction activities.

Public who are using the Southern Expressway are advised to use Kottawa Interchange for Entry/Exit.

Alternative Route: National Highway from Kaduwela to Malabe - Battaramulla - Thalawathugoda - Pannipitiya - Kottwa

Any inconvenience caused due to the above is very much regretted.
